I authorize Brampton Auto Detailing to work on my vehicle and complete the requested detailing services. Brampton Auto Detailing is not responsible for any damage to the vehicle or property incurred during or after our detail.

If you have any personal belongings or child car seats, please remove them before we arrive. Any extra item will be placed in a bag, but lost items are not our responsibility. Your child’s car seat will not be removed or installed by us. We are not liable for either of these activities.

Depending on the vehicle’s condition, details may take longer or shorter than our estimates.

The interior of the car may not be able to be fully restored if it is in bad shape or hasn’t been properly maintained. Dirt can accumulate on buttons or other parts of the vehicle where too much cleaning would damage them. There are other things that can damage the paint, such as sap or insects, and we are not able to remove them all. Very dirty cars can sometimes be damaged by detailing. Make sure that your car is capable of handling the job.

It is important to keep a safe distance from things such as slippery surfaces or cords that could trip you for the sake of your safety and the safety of others.

There is a possibility that the headliner cannot be completely cleaned, it is very delicate, and the glue can be loosened very easily.

In the event that your seats and carpets have been cleaned and extracted, please allow them to dry after the detail. You may need to crack your windows to allow the interior to dry.

Neither Brampton Auto Detailing nor any of its personnel are responsible for any pre-existing car issues, including body damage. Pictures will be taken before and after detailing.

It is our company’s right to change appointments. If the weather is inclement or our equipment is malfunctioning, we may need to reschedule. If the weather is too cold, our products and equipment will not function properly.

Once the detail is completed, we will walk you around and make sure you are completely satisfied before taking payment.

We are not responsible for any issues after we leave and the detail has been approved.

Should the need arise, we reserve the right to refuse customer requests and deny service.

If the door is open during the detail, it may drain the battery. Make sure all the lights are off and any electrical devices are unplugged before the detail. We will not be held responsible for a dead battery during or after the detail.

If you consent, we will take before/after photos of your car.

We do not use any products that contain chemicals let alone harmful one. However, there is always a risk associated with chemicals, wax, or other products. You agree to release us from any liability related to any detail.
